There was no water boiler in the room. The sauna was either broken or closed, only open after 6pm while we like to use it in the morning

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in a quiet area of the city, and the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were large, comfortable, bright, and very clean. The pool was a major bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to key major attractions and right across from the American embassy. We couldn't find any faults at all.

We stayed in the Rose Garden Palace for three nights and were delighted with it. The rooms were large, very comfortable and spotless. The hotel has an ambiance of quiet refinement and modern stylishness set within a classical building. Breakfast was good value at €15 and it could be enjoyed either inside or outside in very pleasant and unhurried surroundings. The staff were very helpful and were happy to recommend/book restaurants and taxis as required.

One slight disadvantage is that the hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants but nothing that a pleasant walk or a short taxi run would not solve.

The location was excellent. The hotel was reasonble priced and had all the basic amenities. They have a fitness center, which is very important to me.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms that were large, comfortable, bright, and very clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was a major bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The location was perfect, away from the touristy areas but still within walking distance to some of the major sites. Transportation was easily accessible, with a short walk to public transport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and always being accommodating.

A lovely hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The accommodation is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We loved the location, which was quiet but within easy walking distance to the central areas. If you are not up to walking far we recommend the 116 bus which does a round trip between the hotel and central areas. Lots of good restaurants nearby. And to top it all free wi fi in the rooms. Highly recommended and we certainly plan to return.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a pleasant fragrance. The spa and sauna were enjoyable after a day of walking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location felt safe with a heavy police presence.

Staff a little to cool for school, on check in, the receptionist carried on a phone conversation while checking us in, pointing and miming. Pool and gym facilities a little disappointing.Bar/Mini-bar very expensive.
